it is true that fat hillary was a dreadful candidate, many people (me for one) would have stayed home rather than vote for bush or kasich or GOPe types.
Trump simultaneously energized disaffected republicans and independents and annoyed the GOPe. I said before the election that the only way to save the GOP was for trump to lose to fat hillary.
Business as usual.
His victory i said would or at least could, signal the death of the republican party as we knew it. And that's good.
Should he press that point? Totally blow up the remnants of the republican party? Distance himself from ryan, rinos and reprobates in the republican party?
Maybe. Not sure what the strategy should be.
I've said the best thing that could happen would be for the GOP, the tea party and the libertarians to unite and remake the republican party. Change the attitude, change the name. I don't care. But the R party is like the Washington Generals basketball team. Paid to lose to the harlem globetrotters.
