replace has been a republican PARTY initiative for those 7 years (actually repeal/replace is a recent drumbeat - since your party took control.)

The fact is that your entire party has made hay (won seats), by bashing the ACA - now that you've "won" your chicken****/can't get a consensus to do something about it (because you have nothing better - and what you do will in all likelihood be worse.)

Time for YOUR PARTY to crap or get off the pot - you may flush Ryan (instead of trump) - but your party will ultimately have to shoulder the entire blame.
