Yes, and you'd think that anyone who 'beats china daily' would have reveled in the chance to actually negotiate something meaningful for the United States. Instead, he walked away. Meanwhile, the rest of Asia is working towards their own trade deals to the exclusion of the United States.

He can't convince 20 GOP House members to vote for a bill he supports. He's not about to move the Chinese mountain into doing anything that he wants.

This President isn't a negotiator. He's a bully that can't stay focused for more than a week on an issue.
