ownership of the property in a corporate structure to shelter his assets - not a bad move, but it's not "his" property. There would be significant ramifications Donald were to make the property "his".
Donald's company signs lease agreements with tenants - allowing those tenants exclusive use of the corporate property. The FBI's wire-tapping of a tenant of corporate owned property does not translate to wire-tapping Trump's residence (or his campaign offices.)
Had the feds obtained a court-order to wire-tap Manfort's office in Trump's campaign headquarters (located in trump tower) - something that would appear to be a very reasonable move - that would still not be "wire tapping Donald."
