Trump's home is the penthouse; the owner of Trump Tower is the Trump Organization (not Donald personally).

Donald can bankrupt a company (as he has a history of doing) and not touch his other assets.

The FBI's wiretapping of other criminals in a leased space (to which the tenant had exclusive use of - as a residence) is not akin to wiretapping Donald's leased penthouse space.
