It was simply an attempt to deflect and heap blame on a departed party. Alden had already stepped aside when the self imposed penalties were concocted. We have Rhoades/Kim to thank for those. Any normal program would have simply submitted them as secondary violations and moved on, and it would have never been an issue.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
