They mess up constantly and don't seem to be on top of anything. I was more meaning overcompensating for their lack of competency by self penalizing in such ludicrous fashion. No program who had a D1 mentality would have ever done that.

If the Porter's do agree to come here, you can be assured there is a decent likelihood that someone in compliance will screw something up trivial in their processing or oversight to MU's detriment.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
