aspects of being a coach, recruiting and actually coaching...the coaching side of that has two distinct parts. Player development and scheme. I can't speak to Walker's ability to work with individual players, but I assume he's decent at it. I have zero faith in his ability to scheme and Cuonzo needs a schemer really bad.
