If your endowment idea were to be adopted and prove beneficial to Mizzou there is nothing that would preclude other programs from adopting the same structure. Additionally, Tiger AD's fund raising history is abysmal.

On a longer term I would not be surprised to see gifts to college athletic programs denied "contribution" status in the IRC.
