It's not like we're giving a job to someone who's going to be dead weight. He can handle the work of an assistant coach.

At the very least, consider the fact that he's now raised four DI basketball players. You have to imagine that's not an accident, and his kids aren't just good because of freak genetics. At a minimum, I expect he knows how to coach individual skills pretty well.
