recruits - the Porters for starters. If he can recruit at that level, we will be playing in the NCAA tournament. If we aren't, we should be within a year of doing so.

Our roster is pretty limited in talent right now. The degree to which he can upgrade the roster will determine the ceiling of his teams for the first three years.

If I were to predict, I'd say we'll do the following (with Porters):

2017-18...18 wins, NIT
2018-19...22 wins, NCAAT bubble
2019-20...25 wins, decent NCAAT seed
