After 3 years, what do you expect of Martin with regard to avg wins/season, avg conference finish, total number of NCAA/NIT tournaments?

Any intangible you would like to see? Like in-state recruits or avg recruiting class ranking, etc.

Curious what to expect from a $21M hire.
