had a huge deck wrapping around the back and both sides of the house. Was completely open...then added a roof to the back portion of the deck for shade...then turned it into a completely enclosed sunroom. Is now talking about insulating underneath it and running some A/C & heat dutcts into the room. It's going to end up just being a family room when it's all said and done.
