Totally agree we should pay an assistant that much.

And if we pay Porter Sr. that much the other assistants should be making that much. I'm not fine if it's like at UW where he's clearly getting a pay off and he goes from being a women's assistant coach to the highest paid assistant on a power conference team. Maybe that's one of the things Sterk put on the table. A much bigger assistant money pool. And if so, I'm all for it.
