If you think the GOP has any desire to illuminate Medicaid and/or Medicare you are insane! Neither you nor your article can't produce an analysis of the GOP plan versus pre-Obama care Medicaid enrollment eligibility numbers.

You are floundering badly on this issue simply because there's not enough information to formulate a reasonable analysis one way or the other. As a note, the comparison is not versus the current wasteful Obama care environment. The comparison is versus pre-Obama care and the GOP current proposal.
