1) Constitutional Amendment allowing Birthright Citizenship to children with parents who's parents are US citizens or Green Card holders. ANyone born her to parents on a temporary visa of any kind or here as a tourist or in the country illegally woukd not get citizenship at birth,
2) Picture on the Social Security Card of anyone over 16 years old with biometric chip embedded in each card.
3) Criminal prosecution of anyone using or possessing a fake Social Security Card.
4) Criminal prosecution of the CEO of any company that hires an illegal alien. Exception for prosecution made only when the illegal alien is prosecuted for presenting a fake/stolen/forged social security card.
5) Criminal prosecution of any public official who aids an illegal immigrant in obtaining any taxpayer benefits or who refuses to aid Federal officials in deporting an illegal.
