'Philanthropic clearing house' tells us all we need to know as well.

If it is truly just a 'philanthropic clearing house' as opposed to a pay to play criminal enterprise why was it disbanded as soon as Hillary no longer had political influence to peddle? Are we to assume the world has been fixed in the past four months and there is no longer a need for their charity?
