I've heard the same thing as Gabe in regards to the LOI.

I guess the family knew Romar was going to be on the hot seat and wanted to leave their options open.

And I've heard similar claims from people here in Columbia about the Porters wanting to move back but I always just assumed that was when Romar was fired. I never really thought it might be possible even without Romar being fired.
