Romar is fired. Sr. has a big salary - he's not going to leave and get his good friend fired.

Romar has had some good recruits/recruiting classes - but he's never had a class like the current one, with 3 of the top 61 recruits (that played together in HS.) This is Romar's last best shot and the Porters aren't going to pull it out from under him.
