The State of Missouri is different then Florida. Missouri has a stronger Union and les state mandated test scores and a little more freedom to teach. There will always be a few micro managing principals just like any manager. Florida has too many test pay is connected to test scores, even ESE teachers. I have observed some crazy things down here. When I run into a college student that wants to be a teacher. I tell them to leave Florida
