You aren't getting a top P-6 coach to come here. You just aren't. And I'm not enamored that it HAS to be a head coach and so you are left to pick from the low mid majors because the top mid majors will go to someplace like Illinois.

I like a guy who has been a top assistant who has some recruiting ties and is hungry. I know that's heresy on this board but that's how I feel. Izzo was assistant once and so was Roy Williams.
