From a rebounding perspective. He was completely lost and a nonfactor at both last year, and now somehow he and Woods have become a competitive defensive frontcourt.

There will be very little for the next staff to work with. I suspect we will be terrible next year. Not only 10 wins terrible, but noncompetitive. Will need to rebuild the roster with an eye for several years down the road. The most important short term goals will be instilling an identity and a D1 mentality/work ethic. If we can begin to instill some expectations that will be a big step.
