was a hot commodity and good hire.

Frank Haith was a bad hire, thanks to Alden chasing Matt Painter down a rabbit hole while other ADs hired all the good candidates at the time (and there were very few that year).

Kim Anderson was a bad hire but an unusual circumstance that will never happen again.
