why do you think there has not been a conflict in korea since 1955? Or in europe since 1945?

What would it cost the united states if war happened on the korean peninsula?
I don't know, but it is naive to suggest that we can just let the chicoms have sKorea.

And trump is right on NATO. There is a payment schedule that all countries are supposed to follow. If they don't, they're out. Sorry.

And while it is not our obligation fix every problem in the world, we have an obligation imo, to defend israel. Or rather to help israel defend itself. You can argue that israel is an artificial state, taken from rightful owners and given to their sworn enemy. But the here and now is that israel is our friend, despite obama's best efforts, and you help your friends.

I have no compunction about stopping aid to every third world toilet where they preach how bad we are. We can get out of the UfN. We are not the world's policeman, but we are to coin a phrase, the last best hope for the planet and we have a moral obligation to try to maintain stability and peace where possible.
