We must cannibalize old aircraft to get parts to fly outdated air force planes. Some pilots today are flying the same plane that their grandfather flew.

I think it is absurd and dangerously naive to think that we can diplomacy, our way out of trouble. Diplomacy didn't work when iran took a ship of ours. And humiliated the crew and by extension, us. Humiliation exacerbated by john horse face kerry and barrack obama, thanking iran for giving us our stuff back.

What will we do if iran gets adventurous with the nukes that obama gave them...have a beer summit?

And if china further expands its military islands in the south china see and gets adventurous with japan or sKorea...?

And if putin decides to reinvade former soviet satellites?

And if all three of those happen at once...?

We are sworn to defend NATO. With what, diplomacy and sharply worded memos?

The military needs a new attitude as well as new weapons and new training techniques.

Gaze in the military. That's sweet.
Women on subs. That's sweet.
Transgender bathrooms. That's sweet.
Imams as military clergy.
Terms of engagement that require a permission slip from washington before our soldiers can defend themselves.
