Develop in those roles.
Smith/Nikko at the 5 in a couple of years could be good. They need development and to both get healthy.
I don't know what happened to Hughes after the first couple of weeks, but he also has potential as a do everything wing player.

I doubt any of them are ready for that role next year, so help is needed.
