Into roles that they are not suited for, not ready for. So it makes the players look worse than they really are.
Some examples
Barnett needs to be the go to player on this team, that's not him. As a second or third offensive option he would be great.
Phillips is best when he is not needed to be a scorer, yea he can score. But his teams are better when he is a facilitator.
Many of the players are just being asked to do to much.
