it can be an "explanation" and not an excuse. Kentucky is younger, but they typically have top recruits from all over the nation. So if folks think that Michael Porter would make a difference on this team, why wouldn't 5 of those recruits be expected to win?
Auburn is the only one of those teams that I would have expected to beat and we have another shot at them.
There has been individual improvement for some players this year. There has not been a collective improvement as a team. We look like we are playing harder defensively, but our offense is so bad at times that it's a liability.
