Each of the guys on the team has another year of experience. They should be progressing and improving. The question is whether they're progressing and improving enough.
Yes, they are young. So are other teams. This team swings on the pendulum like a bi-polar crack head. Every night, a guy goes from scoring 20, to 4. The utter inability to have the whole team playing well on any given day has doomed this team. They don't have enough athleticism to overcome that.
