I'll build 10 miles in the country on a private lot away from the decay. I feel no obligation to remain near the decay. My wife and I have worked hard, purchased three homes, and now own our dream home. But, if our home increase in value by a large margin, we'd sell build a smaller custom home on a private gated lot in the country.

That's our America dream, baw.

Plus, we're fortunate to know all American contractors who don't rely on immigrant labor. Sorry...but not sorry.
