There is no precedent, there is nothing in the constitution that deals with foreign powers illegally determining the election.
Would there need to be impeachment proceedings? How long would they take? And if trump is impeached and convicted, that would leave pence as POTUS. Impeaching him...how long would that take?
Who steers the ship of state during that storm?
I don't pretend to know the answer, but it's an interesting scenario.
And why not president fat hillary? She is the one who was cheated out of the presidency...
