really did rig the election?

What if they didn't jimmy the machines, but they did put out information illegally gotten and it could be proven to everyone's satisfaction that the reason trump won was the russians?

or

What if they really did jimmy the machines and it is proven to everyone's satisfaction that the vote count was manipulated to give the presidency to trump?

I don't think either are true, but constitutionally, what is the remedy? Is there a remedy if it is proven to everyone's satisfaction that trump with or without his participation, was illegally helped to the white house....

Can't let POTUS be pence, he was on the ticket with trump.
President fat hillary clinton?
President paul ryan?
Re install president obama until another president is elected?

If it makes you more comfortable, what if fat hillary had won by illegal vote manipulation? Impeachment?
