and from what I have seen of the potential candidates 3 mil plus would be double plus some and would leave little wiggle for a contract renegotiation if he does an excellent job in the first 2-3 yrs. And 1.8-2.0 would be the 5th highest paid salary in the SEC and would jump to 4th with a 1 mil incentive clause.
