however the fact that he was the presumptive NSD make your claim even more ludicrous.
please cite the law Flynn broke. Please list the elements of that crime. and please explain how what flynn is alleged to have done, and that is tell a foreign diplomat not to worry too much about the new sanctions b/c Trump was more inclined to want good relations with russia, fits into those elements.
i would like this in your own words.
