what you're talking about. fact is there are guidelines that they must take steps to minimize their listening capabilities on the US citizen. to simplify it they have to put the mute button on unless they have a warrant. THEN they have to take steps to protect the US citizens info unless there's a warrant.
you are missing the forest for the tree.
the story is not flynn or what he said. the story is a politicized intel agency releasing classified info for political purposes. that my friend is borderline treasonous.
