I was actually in Japan during the day and following it as the markets were crashing then, and the US markets got stopped...only to fully reverse the next day..really weird. No doubt a lot of Trump's ideas have built into optimism by the market (probably also because there is really no other place to put the money similar to the last 10 years now), but there is clearly no "Trump economy" yet. All of the economic news is still clearly from the Obama years.
