He pointed out those being the loudest about him are those who have the most in common with him - and those who are fans of those loud, immoral, brash, rough celebrities.

He's simply pointing out that Trump not only reflects America's mainstream values (or lack thereof), but ironically, those entertainers losing their minds the most about him are those most like him.

Hence, the #notmypresident being ironic.

I doubt the guy likes Trump at all. He appears to be making the point that "if you don't like him, stop being so like him".
