clarify who made up that subset. I'm not of the opinion such a person exists.
A reasonable discussion could be had if Kim could theoretically be doing some aspects of his job worse, or if there are alternative candidates who could theoretically do a worse job than he has done. I would say no, but I could see how an opposing argument could be constructed with some validity. But not that he is doing a good job, no matter how loosely you apply the definition of an expert or professional.
