but there are organizations in those cities and elsewhere throughout the country which will ramp up their assistance to illegal immigrants. They'll receive private funding which alleges to be for one thing but will actually be used to continue providing resources to illegals to help them take advantage of our system.

Point is, this won't stop. When federal funding ends, rich Leftist donors will step in and simply replace the federal government.
