He is just like your half of this charade. The "law" is just a hindrance that requires time, judicial/legislative/executive creativity, and money to sidestep or overturn.

The govt is really just men imposing their will on the many.

Trump doesn't need to read this opinion to know his will. Just like Obama didn't need to read international "law" on warfare when blowing up weddings and schools.

That was his will.
