He hasn't read the decision. WTF is wrong with this man. He suffers a defeat here. Huge? I don't know, but certainly a defeat. Likely the Supremes don't take the case. The decision was unamimous and the govt failed to make its case. So I am not sure what "court" Cap'n thinks he takes this to. His habit in his life has been to threaten people with law suits and lawyers. That won't work here.

He has an easy out to rework the EO and get it through. Then comes the ego.
