a fact. I disagree with you. it's really that simple.

I also don't really understand the big "govt power" thing you're alluding to here.

I think the federal govt actually has a few responsibilities and security is one of them.

What's the massive issue here?

If this was a political move - what was the gain? He didn't reform immigration, deport 10MM people. It's a 90 day temporary ban from 7 countries that don't have a ton of travel here regardless - what's the big win for Trump in this???
