I have much more interest in its legality.

I don't want POTUS issuing EOs beyond his power, regardless if I personally agree with it.

I still can't find a legal issue with the EO.

- what some people think Trump at some point in time wanted to do ISN'T what the Order contained

- the "harm" issue is for an individual to be able to claim real harm from being denied entry, and that was validated and the right thing done for the girl with surgery scheduled

Rooting for a circuit court to render a decision based on the emotion of the citizen living in the region doesn't excite me.
