Why not at least bring someone in with some experience vs DeVos..someone with a plan to fix it, or just not nominate anyone and eliminate the department. Taking tax dollars away from schools and giving it to private schools IMO..is not the right answer...just throwing more money at bad schools is not the right answer either...maybe throw good money to make bad schools into good schools might be a start. To me, increasing the gap in education between the haves and have nots will lead to more gaps everywhere else, increase in gangs, increase in crime, etc.

What we have now is a bunch of politicians more interested in using the kids of pawns in political arguments versus actually solving problems.
