I don't know the facts of this and neither do you and since he is no longer at NASA, I doubt he does either.
But whether or not someone at NOAA did what he alleges, it does not change anything except the singing and dancing. IE there is way way way too much data evidence and studies well before the time period of alleged malfeasance to "prove" climate change is a hoax.
If its true I hope any involved are rightfully punished , but this has the smack of the Mann incident about it. The Daily is a horrible source of "news".
