is that the "whistleblower" (if he is) is upset that
the bureacratic process that he initiated was not followed- evidently after or shortly before he retired- was not followed.
He may in the end be correct, I don't deny that, but unverified doesn't seem to exactly mean what he is insinuating AND its not even in the league below the league below the league that republistians are singing and dancing about.
