Our society has determined that education is a right and codified that in every one of the state constitutions.
I do not want to see us go back to the days where we hid the 'broken' kids in the closet and pretended that they did not exist. On the other hand there are kids at my school that will never live alone or fend for themselves and I question the value of the education they receive.
I don't know that there is a correct answer to this issue
