As long as there are no first amendment issues then the POTUS has an open hand in national security based immigration issues.
The only way to strike this down, outside of completely ignoring the law, is to show it is a ban on Muslims. About 85% of the world's Muslims are unaffected by this ban and non-Muslims in the named countries are also banned. The Muslim ban claim falls apart very quickly.
Personally I think there is a very good chance the Ninth Circuit upholds the lower court's ruling but not on constitutional issues but on SJW issues completely outside the law.
