will NOT want to take the dem approach, which is basically to treat all the people (ok, citizens) all the time for all ailments.
And that can't and won't be done. Regardless, there are things than can improve what we got, like get rid of ins. mandates, ins. across state lines and get some BIG tort reform. That the last one hasn't even been mentioned annoys me.
