1) repeal Obamacare with an effectivity after a replacement is in place. ( this fulfills 1/2 of their promise to the people)
2) send 'compromise' replacement legislation that the Democratic senators up for reelection in 2018 should be able to vote for. If they don't, those senators will likely lose in 2018 giving the Republicans a super majority in the Senate.
3) pass replacement legislation that is palatable to Republicans using the super majority in 2019.
